Arriving in New York City days after the War in Iraq began, I realized this great city really never rests. The streets were not only filled with police on horseback, in cars, and in vans; but flags were seen from every corner. However, the streets continued to thrive with people bustling from place to place.
The incidences that were taking place along with the weather that night named the piece.
